  2. Emincer les feuilles de choux et les cébettes
  3. Dans un bol ajouter la viande, le choux et les cébettes

  5. Assaisonner en ajoutant le saké, la sauce soja, l'huile de sésame, le sel et le poivre. Mélanger le tout.
  6. Saisissez vous d'un feuille de ravioli. Placer au centre une petite quantité de farce à l'aide d'une petite cuillère. Avec votre doigt, mouiller les extrémités de la feuille de ravioli. Cela permettra au ravioli de rester collé quand vous le fermerez. Fermer le ravioli
